• Server Cost: The server cost is not included in the subscription plan cost and may vary based on the resources required, depending on the chosen plan type.
• Payment Terms: All invoices must be paid between the 1st and 4th of every month to ensure uninterrupted services. Plans can be opted for at any time, and charges for the first month will be calculated on a prorata basis.
• Plan Upgrades: Clients have the flexibility to upgrade their subscription plan at any point during their subscription period by paying the price difference between the current and desired plan. It's important to note that plan up-grades may also impact the server hosting cost, which is adjusted based on the additional resources consumed.
• Setup Fees: Any setup fees associated with the subscription plan are non-refundable in the event of plan cancellation or plan degradation.
